"Recshare CLOUD" is a broadcasting data sharing system with a familiar newspaper-style UI that anyone can use immediately without a manual. By saving at a low bitrate, it can be viewed from anywhere in the country. The on-premise unit has a buffer and performs a hash check with cloud data every 10 seconds. This addresses issues such as packet loss during upload due to line failures, which have been a bottleneck until now.
